The dedicated team at Highfields Manor offers responsive and flexible care to our residents based on their individual needs. With a focus on ‘reablement’, we provide care for people with high and low needs and take a person-centred approach, adapting our services to each of our residents alongside specialist rehabilitation and dementia support.
We know that a decision to move into aged care can be extremely difficult and we’re here to provide reassurance and peace of mind. Our welcoming, experienced team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide high quality care and support to each of our residents. All of our care team members hold, as a minimum, Certificate III in Aged Care and are fully trained to safely lift and assist residents who have limited mobility.
Registered nurses support our team to ensure our care is of the highest standard and oversee the safe administration of medications. Each
resident is allocated a GP (if a resident has a preferred GP prior to admission we are committed to supporting this arrangement) and we have
a doctor on call at all times.
Respite care can give a carer a much-needed break and can also give a potential resident the opportunity to trial our care. Our friendly,
expert team are on hand to work with temporary residents, their carers and families to ensure our respite residents receive the most
appropriate care and that their stay with us is a positive experience for everyone involved.
For respite bookings / enquiries, please call:
