We want all of our residents, whether permanent or temporary, to enjoy a healthy, happy, safe and fulfilling experience at Highfields Manor. We achieve this by employing highly trained experienced professionals with the appropriate qualifications who also share our commitment to providing compassionate, considerate care. Our staff abide by the Aged Care Code of Conduct.
Our Registered Nurses are passionate about aged care and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Care staff employed at Highfields Manor all hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Aged Care.
Highfields Manor is committed to offering and promoting continuous education and training for our team to create a culture of quality service and care. We are also developing relationships with the University of NSW Rural Clinical School, the nursing school at Charles Sturt University’s Port Macquarie campus, NSW TAFE and other training organisations.
